1. Who we are

This website belongs to Shree Satya Sai Kalyan Kshetra Vrudhashram, Kasgaon Wadi, Kasgaon, Badlapur–Karjat Highway, Badlapur (East), Maharashtra – 421503. In this policy, “we” means the home. You can reach us through the contact page.

2. What information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the purpose of your enquiry and your message. We do not ask for medical, financial or identity-document details, and we ask you not to include them.

This website does not run accounts, advertising or analytics trackers, and does not set its own cookies. Your text-size choice is saved in your browser only, so the site can remember it.

3. How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange visits, volunteering or donations you ask about. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we share it only when the law requires.

4. How the contact form works

Depending on how the form is set up, either your message is sent through a form-handling service, or your own email or WhatsApp app opens with your message ready for you to send.

5. Third-party services

To load properly, pages use services from other companies: Google Fonts (fonts), jsDelivr (Bootstrap files) and Google Maps (the location map). These providers may receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

6. Photographs and resident privacy

We publish photographs of residents, and stories about them, only with their informed consent (or that of their family where the resident cannot give it). We never publish residents’ medical information, identity documents or private family details. To ask us to remove a photograph or story, please contact us.

7. Keeping and protecting information

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and take reasonable care to protect them.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We aim to handle such requests in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
